Sympathies to the Carr Family

We are saddened to learn that Allen Carr, a former accountant turned anti-smoking advocate and founder of the ‘Easyway’ method, died of inoperable lung cancer at his residence in Malaga, Spain.
Carr’s method is based on a form of cognitive therapy which lasts 4 hours and uses the repetition of rational reasons why one should quit. [...]

Smoke-Free Hawaii Law

Hawaii, known for its fresh ocean air and pristine beauty, has implemented one of the nation’s strictest no-smoking laws. The Smoke-Free Hawaii Law went into effect Thursday, banning smoking in all public places such as restaurants, bowling alleys, malls as well as curb to cabin at airports.
